"It is essential to have a little warmth in your heart and a little light in your mind.
If you have that little warmth, you will not be ill.  If you have that little light, you will
solve all the hardships of your life easily.  Lose neither your little warmth nor your little
light.  Guard them.  All the changes that happen inside you, hold fast to them on the
outside.  You are not responsible for the external changes.  There are words that bring
Divine warmth and Divine light into you.  Use these words.  This warmth and light
are necessary for us to serve God.
