Hello, Dear Ones~
As we prepare for our 7th official National Gathering, we want to officially invite
YOU to attend, and to encourage others you may know who love Paneurhythmy and the
teachings of Peter Deunov to journey to the banks of the Mississippi and join us
here June 21-24! Benjamin, Cathy Leigh, George, and Randolph will be here from Oklahoma; Gretchen and Carol
and I are looking forward to "playing Paneurhythmy" with you under the Arch and at Arcadia
Academy! Michaela is organizing the 13th annual Heartland in
Harmony celebration at the Arch on the morning of June 21!
We do hope you will be able to join us in June for our Gathering under the arch and
after! This year we will be going to the Arcadia Academy near Ironton, @ 90 minutes south
of St Louis near Taum Sauk Mountain and Ironton. You will also want to know that:
The Bed and Breakfast rooms on site are across the courtyard in a private wing of the
complex. They are $75 a night [two double beds each]; unfortunately, they are
booked for Sat night already. So there are four rooms available for Thurs and
Fri. We have booked one already. The others may disappear at any time,
so if you want one, you need to let me know right away.
There are two motels just a bit down the road (@ 10-15 min). For @ $60-70/night,
you can reserve rooms for Thurs, Fri and Sat. One of them has an outdoor pool that
can be used by those staying at the other as well. I can get you the names and phone
numbers if you are interested.
Hostel rooms include @ 10 private rooms with no a/c; @ 6 have full beds and 4 have
singles. There is also a large room with mattresses on the floor. The place is
run by a Mormon family, very dedicated and with an amazing lot of work to do. So some rooms
are not in the best of repair. Their space is often used by church groups and even a film
crew. It is an old school for girls. We are inspired by their dedication;
Vicki and Gretchen and I have taken a look at it (It was originally recommended by Suzanne Smith,
our Sierra Club friend; it is surrounded by the beauties of the Ozarks), and we agree that it is
worth a visit. They will provide delicious vegetarian food and homemade bread, which
will free all of us to enjoy excursions and study in our brief time together.
We who live here in the heartland hold it an honor to welcome those of you who
journey here from far away. It is a symbolic coming together in the center of our
country. But it is more than that. It provides a moment in time, a benchmark, a
touchstone, a treasured opportunity to share, to witness our personal growth and
that of this great spiritual movement in our land.
Lots of Love to you! It will be a joy to see you and to "play Paneurhythmy" together once
again! And if you can join us here, please
e-mail back
or call us soon (314-647-9415).
Love, Light, Peace, Joy!!! ~Phyllis
